It’s not me
Not me who writes
The air finds its way
The blood pumps by itself
I don’t feel the weight of the thoughts
Over my head
It carries all by itself
In its billion corners
Never ending pockets of the darkness
I don’t make myself remember
I don’t make the heart feel it all
It all bleeds by itself
Picking my hand and a notepad
To just find its way
In the end, It’s not me
Not me who writes
But the sight itself
The memories shaped by the world
The buts and the beauty
It’s all itself, flowing through me
Into the veins of the pages.
And in the end, it’s not me
Not me who writes
It’s all living
And finding its way by itself.
